Step 1
1.) Mix all the dry stuff together. May not be a bad idea to use a sifter for the protein powder to work out any clumps.
2.) Put the butter in a bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts until it is completely melted.
3.) Mix all the wet stuff together.
4.) With a whisk, add a third of the dry stuff to the wet stuff. Mix until smooth. Repeat with another third of the dry stuff.
5.) Likely with a spatula, mix in the last third and work until as smooth as possible. You're going to need the extra protein after all the mixing.
6.) Add the chips, and stir until evenly incorporated.
A night in the fridge would be best, but may not be possible.
