Instructions

Step 1
• Melt sugar and water in a pan over medium high heat until golden brown

• Preheat your oven to 350°F

• Smash your bananas in a large bowl

• Add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, then mix well

• Add flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda

• Mix in your walnuts and place mix in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Step 8
• Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Step 9
• Carefully pour the hot caramel on your cake and let it cool!
Step 10
• Slice, serve and enjoy!
