Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tortilla into triangles, cover in some oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Airfry (or bake) at 355°F/180°C for 10 minutes
Step 2
Chop and season the vegetables then start sticking them on a stick along with the seitan
Step 3
Grill the skewers in a panini press for couple of minutes
Step 4
Serve with tortilla chips and mustard sauce
Step 5
Combine the ingredients for the mustard sauce and whisk
