Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop 5 small carrots ( 260 grams approx) then boil in a pot with water for ten minutes before draining

Melt dark chocolate ( vegan or other if you prefer) in a pot over hot water or in the microwave then add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Step 3
Add the chocolate mix to a small lined cake pan or silicone baking dish then cover and put in the fridge. It should be pretty firm after an hour and more firm the longer you leave it
