Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C

2. Combine your cream cheese (room temp) and sugar until smooth.

3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

4. Add the heavy cream, flour and salt and give it another beat.
Step 5
5. Line a springform pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Step 6
6. Bake for 30 minutes. It should be wobbly in the middle after baking.
Step 7
7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1-2 hours.
Step 8
8. Slice and top with melted chocolate.
