Instructions

Step 1
Mix yolks with sugar
Step 2
Add lemon juice, water and zest and mix
Step 3
In another bowl beat egg whites with sugar
Step 4
Fold meringue into yolk mixture
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees
