Instructions
Step 1
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Step 2
Pour Rice Krispies into a large bowl and set aside.
Step 3
In a medium size sauce pan, add sugar and corn syrup and mix together.
Step 4
Place pan on stove top over low heat and stir until just warm, not hot.
Step 5
Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Step 6
Pour mixture over Rice Krispies and mix well.
Step 7
Pour into prepared pan, distribute evenly, and press down firmly.
Step 8
Combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and melted.
Step 9
Pour over pan of Rice Krispies and spread evenly until covered.
Step 10
Let chocolate harden before cutting.
