This recipe has started going viral and I can understand why...bananas, chocolate and crushed nuts all wrapped into a delicious crepe!
One of the things I always try to do is keep it simple and yes this recipe is simple, but if you want to make it even simpler, you can skip making a homemade crepe and use an alternative like a wrap or tortilla.
I personally enjoyed using a crepe because it was light and complimented everything nicely! This makes a fun dessert that everyone will enjoy!

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together your flour, water, eggs, salt and olive oil until well combined. Cover and place in your fridge for 30 minutes.

In a pan, over low to medium heat, melt your butter. Pour a portion of your batter in the pan. Your batter will make 4 crepes, so divide accordingly. I used a ladle to portion out.

Cook 2-3 minutes per side until the crepe has cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter.
Step 4
Let your crepe cool for a few minutes and then spread your chocolate over the crepe.

Place your banana on one side of the crepe and begin to roll everything up into a log.

Add a little extra melted chocolate to the top of your log and press chocolate side down, into your crushed nuts.

Then slice into pieces and enjoy!
