Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Peel and scoop the tops of your bananas.
Step 3
Add your chocolate pieces so they fit on top of your banana.
Step 4
Cut your puff pastry sheet into thin slices and use them to wrap your bananas. I used two slices per banana.
Step 5
Once wrapped, add to baking sheet. Mix together 1 egg and 1 tsp of water to create your egg wash. Brush tops of puff pastry.
Step 6
Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
