Step 1
Start by boiling the potatoes until fully cooked through
Step 2
In the meantime, chop the cod and the parsley very finely. Move to a bowl and add the eggs, mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and flour and combine to make a "dough" you can easily work with your hands.
Step 3
Make oval shapes with the dough and deep fry until golden brown. Enjoy! (make sure the oil is hot enough before frying! you can check this by taking a pinch of the dough and see if it bubbles once you drop it in the oil)
