Instructions
Step 1
Pour the Granoro pizza flour into a fountain shape,

Dissolve yeast and sugar to warm water.
Step 3
Knead, adding the extra virgin olive oil and finally the salt dissolved in a little water. Work the dough until it is smooth and let it rest for about 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 4
Meanwhile, crush the peeled tomatoes, salt them and season them with the chilli cream and a couple of spoonfuls of pesto.
Step 5
Divide the dough and roll it out into two 30cm diameter pans, previously sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil.
Step 6
Stuff the bases with tomato, diced mozzarella, sliced mushrooms and a drizzle of oil. Bake at 220° for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Add the yeast mixture to flour
