Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 120 - 130°C. Grease several baking trays.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, working them together until smooth and short. Press well into a greased lamington tin or cut into shapes and place on greased oven trays.
Step 3
Bake until cooked but not brown. (If made in lamington tin, cut through and allow the shortbread to cool in the tin).
