Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C in order to prepare the mushrooms. Start by removing the stems from 24 white button mushrooms. In a bowl combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic cloves, drained jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese and cooked and chopped bacon to create the filling. Generously spoon the cream cheese mixture into the mushroom caps ensuring they are well filled. For baking place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking rack that is set on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes. Until they turn golden and bubbly. Once baked remove them from the oven. Let them cool slightly. Serve these Jalapeño Popper Mushrooms. Enjoy!"
