Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150°C. Combine oats, flour, sugar and coconut. Put butter and syrup in the microwave until melted and stir in water and soda. Stir this into dry ingredients.
Step 2
Spoon dessert-spoonfuls of mixture onto tray and press down with a fork. Allow room for spreading. Bake for 20 minutes.
