Butter bottom of 9x13 pan. Line with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk. Beat medium speed with mixer 2 min. Blend in Cool Whip with spoon. Pour half mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Pour other half over crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours. Frost.
