Dressing
Instructions
For salad
Step 1
Prepare vegetables as instructed. Add to salad bowl.
For dressing
Step 2
In a small bowl or dressing bottle, Mince the garlic. Add the salt and pepper and mash it into a paste
Step 3
Add the mayo, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix well
Step 4
Slowly add the olive oil, mixing continuously
