Scalloped potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan and add your flour and salt and pepper. Mix till combined.

Step 2
Add your cream and whisk till there are no lumps, then add your cream cheese. mix till evenly blended.

Step 3
In a 9x13 pan or large casserole dish, pour a little cream on the bottom.
Step 4
Layer half your potatoes, half your cream mixture and half your sausage.

Step 5
Repeat. If sauce doesn't completely fill to cover potatoes, cream can be added to just cover potatoes.
Step 6
Top with cheese, cover and bake at 375 F for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked through and sauce is bubbly
