Step 1
Put 10 eggs in the boiling water. Put 1/2 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon vinegar. And then boil or 8 minutes for semi-hard yolks. After 8 minutes, cool in cold water and peel.
Step 2
Put the peeled eggs in a container.
Step 3
Marinate in the mixture of ½ cup soy sauce, 4 tablespoons sugar, ½ cup water, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, some finely chopped bell peppers, ½ chopped onion, 3 tablespoons chopped green onions. Mix well. Very delicious and savory marinated eggs is done!
