Instructions
Step 1
Shave the Brussel sprouts with a mandolin. Place into a mixing bowl
Step 2
Chop hazelnuts and cranberries and add to the mixing bowl
Step 3
Add the Parmesan and coconut
Dressing
Step 4
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, stevia, salt and sesame oil if using.
Serving
Step 5
Pour the dressing into the mixing bowl with the salad.
Step 6
Mix well by hand
Step 7
Place into a plate
Step 8
Top with cracked pepper and some spring onion.
