White Cake Mix mix prepared as directed
8 ozcan crushed pineapple
drained but not thoroughly
2 cupsgranulated sugar
1 CupSour Cream
8 ozcool whip
1 packagecoconut frozen
1 packagecanned coconut
Instructions
Step 1
Bake a 2 or 3 layer white or French vanilla cake mix. Split layers & cool completely. Beat together 8 ozs sour cream, 2 scant cups of sugar for 3-4 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and 2 packages coconut (RESERVE SOME FOR DECORATING TOP OF CAKE). Thoroughly drain a can of crushed pineapple. Between layers, sprinkle pineapple evenly and top with a layer of frosting. Frost top and sides of cake and decorate with extra coconut. Refrigerate.
