Instructions

Step 1
Dice potatoes and season how you like (we did garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika). Put in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, shake and then for 10 more minutes.
Step 2
Cook meat in skillet, when about half way done, add the au jus gravy.
Step 3
Cook onions with garlic in a separate skillet until carmelized and soft
Step 4
Add to a big cast iron skillet (if not meal prepping) with potatoes on bottom, then meat, then onions, then cheese. Put in over to broil for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Combine the mayo, ketchup, horseradish, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper and still until fully combined.
Step 6
Take out and service with your choice of veggies and crispy fried onions and sauce on top. Enjoy!
