Easy Parmesan Crust that will take any steak to the next level!

Instructions
Step 1

Add Butter, panko, Parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley together on parchment paper






Step 2

Mix all ingredients, then flatten out in between parchment paper. Freeze







Step 3

Season steak generously on all sides





Step 4

Add steak to pan with cooking oil on medium heat.



Step 5

Slice onions thinly.

Step 6

Add onions to heat with salt pepper sugar and butter.






Step 7

Flip Steak



Step 8

Add butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the pan. Baste butter over steak continuously




Step 9

Cut Parmesan crust to fit steaks.
Step 10

Place steaks on baking sheet or cake pan lined with parchment paper. Add Parmesan Crust on top.



Step 11

Broil on low until crust is golden brown


Step 12

Top with onions, plate and serve.
