Instructions

Step 1
Put pan on high heat and add lugs of oil
Step 2
Put chicken thighs into pan and brown for 5 mins
Step 3
Stir in onions, chili, ginger and butter. Cook for 10 minutes
Step 4
Add Korma paste, coconut milk, chickpeas and breasts
Step 5
Add half tin of water
Step 6
Bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes
