Instructions

Step 1
Put rice and water into a pot, set to high heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cover with lid for 12 minutes (No peeking!). Once done, take off heat and let it stand for 10 more minutes (Still no peeking!).
Step 2
Chop onions thick, add to a pan with a little olive oil on medium heat until onions soften. Then add the thinly sliced beef rolls and increase the heat to medium high.

Step 3
Mix the Hinode™ Gyudon Sauce into the water. When the beef has almost completely browned, add the sauce mixture and continue to mix ever so often until the sauce has reduced and sticks to the meat.

Step 4
While the beef and rice finish off. Cook the eggs and chop the spring onions. When all the food has finished cooking, assemble in the bowl, and add garnish (or don't if you're broke). Serve.
