Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Slow Cooker - 20 mins.
Step 2
1. Finely chop mushrooms.
Step 3
2. Place all ingredients except lemon juice and cream in a large pan.
Step 4
3. Bring to the boil, whisking all the time.
Step 5
4. Pour into crock pot and cook for 1-1 ½ hours.
Step 6
5. Before serving stir in lemon juice and cream, season to taste.
Step 7
To freeze: allow to cool before adding lemon juice and cream.
Step 8
Pour into waxed or plastic containers.
