Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onions and saute.
Step 2
Add crawfish tails and season to taste. Cook through.
Step 3
Add the flour and stir until blended. Slowly add the water and stir well.
Step 4
Reduce heat and cook about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add parsley and shallots a few minutes before serving.
Step 6
Serve over rice.
