1 ½ cupssliced mushrooms
3 tblsbutter
to sauté mushrooms in
Seasoning Salt

Instructions
Step 1
1. First, make your brown gravy by stirring in a large skillet: your canned soup of choice, Milk, Worcestershire Sauce, Bouillon, Seasoning Salt if using, Pepper. I use a Whisk to thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Then heat to a simmer over medium heat.
Step 2
2. If you are adding Onions, you can sauté them first in a little olive oil if you like and make this more of a tasty onion gravy, but that’s up to you!
Step 3
3. Place Frozen Burgers into the skillet. No need to thaw your fry your burgers first! If you want to brown them at medium-high heat first you can. However, it is totally unnecessary!
Step 4
4. Cover your skillet with a lid and simmer on medium heat for about 15. min.
Step 5
5. Melt your butter in a pan on Medium high heat- When butter has melted then add Sliced Mushrooms…as many as you like or as little. Add more butter if you need to.
Step 6
6. Once the Mushrooms start turning brown is when they are done
Step 7
7. Check the doneness of your hamburgers
Step 8
8. Serve Salisbury Steak and graving over Rice, Potatoes or Noodles!
