Instructions
Step 1
- Pre heat oven to 175C - Brown the butter and set aside ( you can also use 2,5 dl oil which is the most common when making carrot cake - oil makes it so moist).
- Add the eggs and sugars to a bowl and mix
- Then add the butter and carrots, continue mixing
- Now add all the dry ingredients and blend until no lumps - Pour the batter into a baking form and bake for 35 - 45 minutes depending on your oven - Let the cake cool completely before adding the cream cheese frosting Cream cheese frosting - Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar into a bowl and mix until no lumps - Place it into the fridge to harden before using it on the cake Decorate it as you want and enjoy!
