Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C

For the cake

Mix together the sugar, butter and egg

Add the milk
Step 4
Stir in the dry ingredients

For the filling

Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt
Step 6
Pour it on top of the berries
Step 7
Add the lemon juice and mix

Cobbler

Step 8
Pour the cake batter into a 23cm buttered pan
Step 9
Put the berries on top of it
Step 10
Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40min
Step 11
Let it cool 10min before serving (with ice cream)
