Instructions

Step 1

Toss dried washed shrimp in a bag with tapioca flour, garlic powder, and onion powder

Toss floured shrimp in Sriracha mayo

Toss sauced shrimp in a bag with shredded coconut and salt.

Spread onto a foil lined greased baking sheet

Bake for 20 mins until golden brown
