For the egg wash:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C (fan)
Step 2
Unfold the puff party and spread the sun-dried tomato pesto evenly on top.
Step 3
Fold the puff party in half.
Step 4
Using a flower-shaped cookie cutter cut out 6 flowers.
Step 5
Transfer them to the baking tray lined with parchment and using a spoon press on the petals and the centre of the flower.
Step 6
From the cheese slices cut out smaller size flowers using a smaller size cookie cutter. (2 from each slice so you get 6 in total). Place them on top of the puff pastry.
Step 7
Cut tomatoes in half and place them in the centre of the flower(cut side down)
Step 8
From the puff pastry leftovers make 4 buns(simply divide it into 4 equal parts and shape buns) and place them on a baking tray too.
Step 9
For the egg wash mix egg yolk with milk and brush the edges of the puff pastry.
Step 10
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 11
When ready, let it cool a bit, garnish them with basil end enjoy!
