Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and salt together.
Step 2
2.Warm the milk and add egg, melted butter and yeast.
Step 3
3. Add the wet to the dry ingredients and knead for 3 minutes on medium speed with the dough hook.
Step 4
4. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and allow the dough to rise for 2 hours.
Step 5
5. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the soft butter over the dough and sprinkle over the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Tightly roll the dough and cut out the cinnamon rolls.
Step 6
6. Place them on a baking sheet or a lightly greased oven tray. Cover with plastic wrap and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
Step 7
7. Bake at 180C/160/350F for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!!
