Instructions

Step 1
1. In a pan over medium heat melt your butter and add carrots, celery, and onion to soften

2. Add chicken broth, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and softened cream cheese. Whisk until combined and smooth
Step 3
3. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese slowly and add in shredded chicken (rotisserie is easiest and used to assume the 25 minute cooking time…cooking chicken fresh will add time to recipe).
Step 4
4. Serve with bacon and shredded cheese of choice on top to garnish.
