Just a quick recipe for breaded chicken fingers

Dipping mixture
Step 1
Break the eggs into a bowl and add the splash of milk.

Mix well
Bread crumbs mixture
Step 3
Grab a plate and sprinkle the bread crumbs all over so you can coat the chicken

Take chicken pieces, and drop them into the egg mixture first
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the egg mixture once it is nice and coated and place on the plate with the bread crumbs.
Step 6
Once in the bread crumbs make sure you fully coat the chicken piece.
Step 7
Move the breaded chicken to a baking tray and once you filled the tray place in the oven for approx 20 minutes or until fully cooked

Step 8
Put the cooking tray in to the oven. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before removing from the oven.
