Instructions

Basil Mayonnaise

Step 1
Chop the basil.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 3
Slice the tomato and mozzarella. Chop the walnuts.
Step 4
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the basil mayonnaise.
Step 5
Place the arugula and tomato on top. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Then place the mozzarella and prosciutto on top.
Step 6
Sprinkle on the walnuts and drizzle on the balsamic creme.
Step 7
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 8
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
