Instructions

Step 1
For the chicken combine cream cheese, cherry tomatoes & spinach
Step 2
Butterfly the chicken breast, coat with seasonings and oil. Stuff the mixture inside the chicken breast.
Step 3
Secure with toothpicks and bake at 375 for 30-40 mins

For the Sauce

Step 4
Combine your heavy cream, butter, olive oil, parmesan, garlic and seasonings to a sauce pan over medium high heat
Step 5
Add spinach and tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach wilts. Pour over your chicken breast & enjoy.
