Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Step 2
Add the cut up chicken to a ziplock bag or bowl with the flour and salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Step 3
Over medium high heat add the oil to a large pan. Put in the chicken and cook 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken to a plate.
Step 4
To the pan add the butter, onion and mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the onions are soft and the mushrooms release their water, about 7 minutes. Add in the garlic, cook 30 seconds then add the chicken broth and Marsala wine. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce reduces, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile cook the pasta according to package directions and drain when finished.
Step 6
When the sauce reduces a little add the chicken back in with the cream. Cook the sauce until the chicken is fully cooked. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Combine the sauce and pasta and mix to. Garnish with fresh parsley.
