Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, flour, garlic, and herbs until a dough is formed.
Step 2
Sprinkle the countertop with flour and then divide the dough into 3 equal sections Roll each section out until flat and then add 10g of cheese to the centre of each. Fold the dough over to form a parcel and then roll it out again.
Step 3
Heat a pan over a medium heat and spray it with frylite. Add the naan to the pan and sprinkle seasonings on top.
Step 4
Allow to cook for ~1 min on each side or until crispy.
