Step 1
Add all the dry ingredients together and mix with a whisk. Add the wet and mix well until a dough is a smooth ball.
Step 2
Let the dough rest, covered, for a couple of hours, until it has almost doubled in size
Step 3
Divide it into 4 smaller balls after punching it down. Roll it out and cook in on a very hot pan. (Optionally, you can add sliced garlic and coriander into the rolling phase if you’d like)
Step 4
Once all done, brush some melted ghee on the naan and enjoy!
