Chicken & Cheese Naan Pizza with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

Garlic Cream Sauce:
30mlbutter
1clove garlic
large, minced
45mlall-purpose flour
1 cup10% half-and-half cream
1 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
1mlsalt
pepper
Naan Pizza:
5naans
plain, traditional
2 cupschicken
chopped or shredded, grilled or cooked
1 ½ cupsmozzarella
shredded
¾ cupfeta cheese
crumbled, Canadian, milk
2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Garlic Cream Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute to soften. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Whisk in cream and cook, whisking for about 3 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, salt and pepper.

2. Preheat to 400°F (200°C)

3. Spread Garlic Cream Sauce on each naan. Top with chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella and feta cheeses.
Step 5
Bake on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is browned and the cheese is bubbling and golden. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
