Egg noodles or 14 oz. dried Spaghetti ๐Ÿ”บ 1 stick/8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter ๐Ÿ”บ 3 Tbsp minced Garlic ๐Ÿ”บ 1 Tbsp Sugar ๐Ÿ”บ 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Maggi preferred) ๐Ÿ”บ 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce ๐Ÿ”บ 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce ๐Ÿ”บ 1/4 tsp Salt ๐Ÿ”บ 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder ๐Ÿ”บ 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese ๐Ÿ”บ Parsley and/or Black Pepper ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Cook Egg noodles or spaghetti according to package instructions. 2. In a pan on medium heat, melt 1 stick Unsalted Butter. Let it fully melt. Add 3 Tbsp mince Garlic and sauteฬ until fragrant. Season with 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp Salt. Mix well. You can try out 1/4 tsp salt first and add more salt at the end if you want it more salty. 3. Add the Noodles, 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook Egg noodles or spaghetti according to package .

2. In a pan on medium heat, melt 1 stick Unsalted Butter. Let it fully melt. Add 3 Tbsp mince Garlic and sauteฬ until fragrant. Season with 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp Salt. Mix well.
