๐บ 16 oz. Egg noodles or 14 oz. dried Spaghetti
๐บ 1 stick/8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
๐บ 3 Tbsp minced Garlic
๐บ 1 Tbsp Sugar
๐บ 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Maggi preferred)
๐บ 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
๐บ 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
๐บ 1/4 tsp Salt
๐บ 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
๐บ 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
๐บ Parsley and/or Black Pepper
๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
1. Cook Egg noodles or spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. In a pan on medium heat, melt 1 stick Unsalted Butter. Let it fully melt. Add 3 Tbsp mince Garlic and sauteฬ until fragrant. Season with 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp Salt. Mix well. You can try out 1/4 tsp salt first and add more salt at the end if you want it more salty.
3. Add the Noodles, 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat and sprinkle with some Parsley and/or Black Pepper!
