30mejdool dates
small fresh, pits removed and sliced open, or just enough to make the amount of bark you want

½ cuppeanut butter

½ cuproasted peanuts
crushed

½ cupchocolate chips

1 tspcoconut oil

flakey sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cover a baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange the dates so they are slightly overlapping. Cover with another layer of parchment paper (to prevent stickinand smash the dates so they mold together. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together by microwaving at 50% power for 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted. Spread on the peanut butter, sprinkle the crushed peanuts, drizzle the chocolate and top with flakey sea salt. Freeze for at least 1 hour, break apart and serve! Store in the freezer.
