These are so crumbly and delicious and easy to make. You can sub any crumbly cookie and even use an alternative but butter ! You gotta try this !

Instructions

Step 1
Put 10 digestives or crumbly cookies in a ziploc bag then crush them until they are fine crumbs and add to a large bowl

Step 2
Add peanut butter or nut butter of choice then add honey or maple syrup . Mix until you can squeeze the biscuits and they hold their shape . Roll into balls then freeze about 40 minutes
Step 3
Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments thin with oil if necessary . Then roll the balls on the chocolate . Place them on parchment paper to set then crumble the last cookie on top for decoration
