Instructions
Step 1
Put ground beef in bowl
Step 2
Season top layer of beef with salt and pepper
Step 3
Toss bowl around so fresh layer of beef on top, repeat seasoning

Use hands to mix meat around and get seasoning in all areas of beef, season a bit more if area is not seasoned

Take a handful of meat, roll into a ball (almost palm sized), and press it on your hand to make a patty, indent middle to not ball it up, repeat until all meat used

Start BBQ, Make sure bbq is open and clean before turning on gas
-Turn gas on, make sure knobs are all off (blue valve in down position)
-Push bigger knobs and turn to left to turn on part of grill
Close BBQ to let it warm up to 500°F

While bbq is heating up, cut up tomato slices, lettuce, cheese, other toppings
Step 8
Once BBQ is ready (500°F), put all the patties on
Step 9
Flip patty when one side is cooked (dark brown with grill marks, clear juices coming out) Put on cheese on all patties for 20 seconds and close lid until melted
Step 10
Once patties are done,
-Turn gas off (blue valve)
-Turn knobs off
-Clean grill with brush after done
-Put cover on

Combine patty with buns and fixings
