Instructions
Step 1
In a high-sided large, non-stick skillet, cook turkey, carrot and onion over medium-high heat; breaking up turkey with a spoon, until no longer pink.
Step 2
Stir in garlic, ketchup, paprika, salt and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together milk and flour. Add milk mixture, broth and macaroni to skillet and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook, stirring often for about 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted,
Step 5
Stir together sour cream and chopped fresh parsley and add a dollop to each serving.
