Splitting the starter and baking the bread
Step 5
Separate mixture into gallon size zip top bags. You can start these bags over at day 1 of the starter process, share with friends, or freeze for later. If you are going to be baking now, you can leave the last cup of mixture in the bowl.
Step 6
Add bread ingredients to starter and mix together until blended and no dry ingredients remain. The mixture will be a bit thick when finished.

Step 7
Grease 2 glass loaf pans

Step 8
Mix cinnamon and sugar together for sugar coating. Coat loaf pans with half of mixture.
Step 9
Pour batter from bowl into loaf pans, splitting the batter evenly.
Step 10
Spread remaining sugar mixture on top of batters.
Preheat oven to 325° F
Step 11
Place loaf pans in oven and cook for 1 hour

Step 12
Let cool until bread can be easily removed from pans.
