Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2
Line a large baking sheet with foil, making sure the foil covers the entire sheet.
Step 3
Lay your matzo on the baking sheet. If you need to layer or there’s too many, you can adjust as needed.

Step 4
In a small pot over medium heat, melt your butter and brown sugar. Once melted keep stirring for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is frothy and bubbling.

Step 5
Remove from the heat and pour directly on top of the matzo. Spread across evenly.
Step 6
Bake for 5 minutes exactly.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and pour your chocolate chips on top right away. It needs to be hot to melt so this is key.

Step 8
The chocolate chips will start to melt and you will be able to spread the chocolate all over.
Step 9
Once you’ve finished spreading the chocolate, top with the crushed Heath bar, crushed nuts and flakey salt.

Step 10
Let chill in the fridge for a few hours until hardened.
Step 11
Break apart and enjoy!
