A take on a the holiday Christmas crack, but using Matzo instead!
Crunchy, sweet and chocolatey, this recipe is definitely addicting. I used a mixed of toppings for this recipe, but feel free to adjust and use toppings you enjoy!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a large baking sheet with foil, making sure the foil covers the entire sheet.

Lay your matzo on the baking sheet. If you need to layer or there’s too many, you can adjust as needed.

In a small pot over medium heat, melt your butter and brown sugar. Once melted keep stirring for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is frothy and bubbling.

Remove from the heat and pour directly on top of the matzo. Spread across evenly.

Bake for 5 minutes exactly.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and pour your chocolate chips on top right away. It needs to be hot to melt so this is key.

The chocolate chips will start to melt and you will be able to spread the chocolate all over.
Step 9
Once you’ve finished spreading the chocolate, top with the crushed Heath bar, crushed nuts and flakey salt.

Let chill in the fridge for a few hours until hardened.

Break apart and enjoy!
