6 TBSYellow Mustard Seeds
2Brown Mustard Seeds
1 TBSPeppercorns
½ Tbsred pepper flakes
3 TBSwine
cognac, or other spirit, Experiment
⅓ cupwater
⅔ cupwhite wine vinegar
After Day Three
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the first recipe group in bowl, cover, and let it sit for three days on your counter.
Step 2
Mix in Day Three ingredients.
Step 3
Either with a food processor or immersion blender, pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 4
It will be very spicy at first. Let "cool off" in the fridge for a few days.
