60gSalsa

1 baglettuce

rocket

1red pepper

0.5onion

0.5tin sweetcorn

0.25cucumber

3cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
cook the burgers in the oven/air fryer according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 2
Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked chop into cubes and season them with seasoning of choice (l used bbq) and cook in oven/air fyer until crispy.
Step 3
Assemble the bowl, starting with the lettuce and rocket as the base and then adding the burgers and the veg in whatever ordler you like
Step 4
Top with salsa.
