Instructions
Step 1
Devein prawns by inserting a thin rod at the second joint from the tail and pulling up.
Step 2
Mince garlic and chop scallions.
Step 3
In a pan over medium-high heat, add 1-2 tbsp of oil and sear the prawns. Flip and add the garlic. Saute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the soy sauce, maggi, and sugar. Turn the heat down and reduce till syrupy, about 30s to 1 min.
Step 5
Turn off the heat and add scallions.
